Cranberry Rosé Holiday Punch

Cranberry Rosé Holiday Punch
Spread for me 😋

Such an easy way to plop some delicious shit in a bowl and forget about it, because the last thing we want to do on the holidays (or any get-together) is make drinks to order.

I came upon this idea while planning my Thanksgiving menu. I hate cranberries, but they’re like a traditional part of the meal. So I thought…why not drink them. Cranberry Rosé Holiday Punch is a yummy, easy way to have cranberries be a part of the meal and also to get drunk.

Ingredients

  • cups (28 oz.) cranberry-pinapple juice (do not get cranberry cocktail)
  • 2 – 750ml bottles dry sparkling rosé (this bitch used a cava)
  • cups (12 oz.) ginger ale
  • cups (12 oz.) apple brandy
  • cranberries, for garnish
  • lots of ice

Instructions

  • Chill all ingredients, but freeze the cranberries so they act as ice.
  • To a large pitcher or punch bowl, add cranberry juice, ONE bottle of sparkling rosé (reserve the other for serving), ginger ale, and brandy.
  • For serving, fill glasses with ice and top with frozen cranberries. Fill glass ¾ of the way with punch, then top with sparkling rosé from reserved bottle. We're doing this for maximum fizz factor, people!!!
  • Get trashed and make out with someone, with their permission, as long as they're not related.

Notes

JUST THE TIPS!
1.) Set up your ‘mis en place.’ This means do what the recipe tells you to do to the individual ingredients, measure them out, and then place them in separate little bowls/dishes/what-have-you. When it’s time to build the recipe, you have everything measured and ready to go. It makes the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable!
2.) If you prefer it to be sweeter, add in some simple syrup a little at a time. For simple syrup: to a microwave-safe bowl, add equal parts water and sugar. Heat and stir until all sugar is dissolved.
3.) If you get straight-up 100% cranberry juice, your punch with be tart as fuck. Maybe you’re into that. I prefer mine to be cut with pineapple juice, hence the cran-pinapple juice ingredient, but any cran-something will work!
