Ingredients

  • ½ cup neutral or olive oil, or combo of the two
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp grated parmesan (the kind that looks like sand)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flake

Instructions

  • You can use an immersion blender, food processor, or good old fashioned *jazz hands* to make this dressing.
  • Combine all ingredients, MINUS OIL. With motor running, or while you're whisking, slowly drizzle in oil to emulsify.
  • Season to taste with more salt and pepper, if necessary.
  • Y'all. Dassit. We're done. Enjoy.
