Homemade Very Italian Dressing Recipe
This recipe yields about 1¼ cups dressing. Careful, you might be talking with your hands a lot after this.

Ingredients
- ½ cup neutral or olive oil, or combo of the two
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 Tbsp grated parmesan (the kind that looks like sand)
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp red pepper flake
Instructions
- You can use an immersion blender, food processor, or good old fashioned *jazz hands* to make this dressing.
- Combine all ingredients, MINUS OIL. With motor running, or while you're whisking, slowly drizzle in oil to emulsify.
- Season to taste with more salt and pepper, if necessary.

This vinaigrette will last in the fridge for UP TO 2 WEEKS!!!
