Place avocado, yogurt, garlic, lime juice, and oil in the bowl of a food processor. Run until silky smooth like my panties. Season to taste with salt and pepper, pulsing to incorporate after each addition.
That's literally it. Couldn't be more basic or delicious.
I love to make a little well for my favorite salsa (Mrs. Renfro's Mango Habanero) to sit in, then garnish with chopped cilantro and cotija cheese. Use tortilla or veggie chips to dip. Best accompanied by many mezcal margaritas.
