Cuisine American
Servings 4 people

Equipment

  • 6 cup / 1.5L pyrex (linked below)
  • tin foil
  • cooking spray

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 GIANT (15 pieces) Reese's Peanut Butter Bar or enough of your favorite chocolatey candy bar to cover the surface!!!
  • mini marshmallows (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add graham crackers, butter, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
  • Line Pyrex with tinfoil and spray a light coat of cooking spray all around (get the sides, those 'mallos are sticky!).
  • Dump graham cracker mixture into tin foil-lined Pyrex and press down evenly and firmly over the entire surface to create the crust.
  • Bake crust for 7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. You can allow to cool or immediately apply your chocolatey candy of choice...just know that it will start to melt.
  • After you add your chocolates, apply a single layer of marshmallows. You can stand them up and make them look perfect or be messy like me because who the fuck has the patience for that?!
  • Grab your Jo Chef Kitchen Torch (LINKED BELOW!) and fire away!!! This will both torch the marshmallows and melt the chocolate.
  • Alternatively, place under broiler and watch like a hawk! This can go from zero to flaming homo in the blink of an eye!
  • Allow to cool completely before lifting foil from Pyrex, in one piece, to extract bars. Run a knife under very hot water and slice. Rinse and repeat. This will prevent the marshmallows (mostly) from sticking to the knife.
  • "I haven't had anything yet. So how can I have some more of nothing?"
