Cut your carrots in half width-wise.
Quarter the top, thicker part.
Halve the bottom half.
Place carrots in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Season generously with paprika, then a dash of cayenne (obvi according to your heat tolerance).
Salt and pepper to taste.
Toss until carrots are evenly coated.
Place on grill or griddle for about 3 minutes on each side or until boner-worthy grill marks are achieved.
Serve with ranch on the side for you to dip, I dip, we dip. OR, shmear it on the bottom of a large plate and pile carrots on top to serve family-style!
