Grilled Carrots With Fancy Ranch Recipe

La Faguette
Ever listen to a song you love on repeat so much that you eventually get sick of it? ☹️ I'm trying to NOT do that to this dish.
Some grill marks, simple seasonings, and my HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING take carrots and ranch to another fucking galaxy.

Ingredients

  • 3 large carrots, peeled
  • olive oil
  • paprika
  • cayenne
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare my clit-tickling HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING.
  • While that's getting sexy in the fridge, preheat grill to 350° or heat up a cast iron griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Cut your carrots in half width-wise.
  • Quarter the top, thicker part.
  • Halve the bottom half.
  • Place carrots in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Season generously with paprika, then a dash of cayenne (obvi according to your heat tolerance).
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss until carrots are evenly coated.
  • Place on grill or griddle for about 3 minutes on each side or until boner-worthy grill marks are achieved.
  • Serve with ranch on the side for you to dip, I dip, we dip. OR, shmear it on the bottom of a large plate and pile carrots on top to serve family-style!
  • Grab a tissue cause you gonna cry.

Notes

1.) Set up your 'mis en place.' This means do what the recipe tells you to do to the individual ingredients, measure them out, and then place them in separate little bowls/dishes/what-have-you. When it's time to build the recipe, you have everything measured and ready to go. It makes the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable!
2.) These can easily be made on the stovetop with a ribbed-for-their-pleasure griddle ;)
69.) OMG DID YOU MAKE THIS?!?
